Sales Manager, mRNA-Based Drug R&D

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated sales manager who will be responsible for mRNA-based drug R&D contract services, identifying and cultivating opportunities with new and old customers through outbound and inbound inquires.

Basic Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, biochemistry, or related fields;

- Previous experience in mRNA-based drug R&D is preferred;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

Key Responsibilities:

- Explore and cultivate potential customers and build relationships with client project teams which result in client satisfaction;

- Serve as key client contact for assigned projects, communicate with the customers including commercial and research customers;

- Collaborate effectively with relevant departments within the company, and solve the problems that arise while working on mRNA-based drug R&D projects;

- Identify potential mRNA-related services and products, attend scientific meetings and trade/vendor shows.
