Custom mRNA synthesis platform
Based on an efficient in vitro transcription methodology and state-of-the-art facilities, Creative Biogene has developed a dedicated platform to customize highly modified pharmaceutical mRNAs. We have the capability to produce high-quality mRNAs from milligrams to multi-grams in scales, and a few hundred nucleotides to more than 10 kilobases in length. We focus our attention on service quality, speed, and customers' project needs and budget.
mRNA-based drug pharmacology optimization platform
To overcome the inherent of new drug classes and expand the potential application of mRNA-based therapy, we have developed a pharmacology optimization platform. We focus on the stability and immunogenicity of mRNA and provide corresponding strategies, including mRNA molecular stabilization and formulation strategies.
Delivery nanosystem platform
Available delivery systems adapted to their features and purpose are in demand to efficiently deliver mRNA intracellularly for clinical applications. On our platform, we are committed to providing advanced delivery systems, nanosystems with greater payload capacity, involving lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), polymeric nanoparticles (PNPs) and lipid-polymer nanoparticles (LPNs). We focus on high encapsulation efficiency, scalability of production and low maintenance cost, and our technologies are at the forefront of the mRNA-based drug research and development field.
Nanoparticle characterization platform
Creative Biogene is committed to accelerating the project requiring efficient delivery of mRNA into target cells in vivo. Apart from providing advanced delivery nanocarriers in a high-quality, scalable and economical way, we also have developed a platform to implement characterization of these nanoparticle carriers for mRNA-based drug delivery, involving physicochemical characterization, stability of mRNA-nanoparticles and other characterizations.
Emerging infectious disease response platform
With the growing threat of infectious diseases, rapid and efficient vaccines are urgently needed to provide a frontline defense against disease transmission. The mRNA-based technologies are promising in infectious disease prophylaxis. Based on the robust and systematic mRNA vaccine development platform, Creative Biogene has the capability to quickly develop mRNA vaccines against key targets of pathogens.
