mRNA R-Luc (5moU)

Cat.No. MRM-047

Description These mRNAs are produced by in vitro transcription and stabilized at the 5’ end by modified nucleotides capping (Cap1). They contain a poly(A) tail at the 3’ end and are also optimized to yield improved stability and performance. They are modified with 5-methoxyuridine (20moU replaces U) to reduce innate immune responses.
Size 20 µg
Benefits No nuclear uptake is required - proteins are directly expressed in the cytoplasm; Faster protein expression than DNA transfection; No genome integration; It is very suitable for transfection of slow or non dividing cells; The protein is expressed in a manner independent of the total promoter.
Storage Conditions -80°C
Applications R-Luc mRNA, have been designed to produce high expression level of Renilla Luciferase protein.
For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
