Description Vaccinia virus capping enzyme is an effective enzyme that catalyzes the formation of a cap structure, which plays an important role in mRNA stability, transport, and translation. This capping enzyme is expressed in E.coli with the vaccinia virus capping enzyme gene and provided in a liquid form. It is usually used in vivo/invitro pre-translation mRNA capping reaction or mRNA 5'end labeling reaction.
