BspQI

Cat.No. MRM-009

Description Restriction endonucleases are enzymes that recognize a specific DNA sequence (also called a restriction site) and cleave the DNA within or adjacent to that site. Based on subunit composition, cleavage position, sequence specificity and cofactor requirements, these restriction endonucleases can be divided into four types. BspQI is a type II restriction endonuclease, which cuts DNA at defined positions close to or within their recognition sequences.
